Driver and MOSFET

Premium Power Delivery

16+1+1 power stages are each rated to handle up to 60 amperes, combining high-side and low-side MOSFETS and drivers into a single package to deliver power, efficiency and stable performance for all compatible Intel processors.

AI Overclocking

Tuning is now faster and smarter than ever before. ASUS AI Overclocking profiles the CPU and cooling to predict the optimal configuration and push the system to its limits. Predicted values can be engaged automatically or used as a launching ground for further experimentation.

AI Cooling II

Balance the thermals and acoustics of any build with a single click. An ASUS-exclusive algorithm slashes unnecessary noise while running a quick stress test, and then it monitors CPU temperatures to dynamically adjust fans to optimal speeds.

Unleash DDR5 with AEMP II

ASUS Enhanced Memory Profile II (AEMP II) is an exclusive firmware feature that allows users to achieve supreme memory performance and compatibility with optimized clock speeds, even when they’re using PMIC-restricted memory modules that do not provide an XMP or EXPO profile. Developed through a flexible training method, AEMP II simplifies the process of fine-tuning memory settings beyond the baseline configuration, all while ensuring system stability. This applies whether you are maximizing the potential of an entry-level module or preparing a high-speed kit for ultimate performance. Now, AEMP II offers even more flexibility. With the latest firmware update, AEMP II allows users to optimize the performance of a four-DIMM DDR5 RAM configuration, even with a mixture of different brands and dies.

PCIe 5.0

The latest Intel processors bring PCIe 5.0 support to the market. PCIe 5.0 offers twice the data transfer speed of PCIe 4.0, making it robust enough to handle new data-heavy tasks. PCIe 5.0 also brings other benefits, such as electrical changes to improve signal integrity, backward-compatible CEM connectors for add-in cards, and backward compatibility with previous versions of the PCIe bus.

Cooler by Design

The TUF GAMING Z790-PRO WIFI is armed with an enlarged VRM heatsink, while three M.2 slots and the PCH feature heatsinks that provide the perfect balance of mass and surface area for heat dissipation.

1. Enlarged VRM Heatsink

The extensive surface area of this heatsink covers the VRMs and chokes to improve thermal performance.

2. Superb PCH Heatsink

An expanded surface area for the chipset cooler maximizes system performance and heat dissipation.

3. Optimized M.2 Heatsink Design

Three of the four M.2 slots have dedicated heatsinks to help keep M.2 SSDs at optimal operating temperatures and ensure consistent performance and reliability.

WiFi 6E

Onboard WiFi 6E technology takes advantage of the newly available radio spectrum in the 6 GHz band. It delivers ultrafast wireless networking speeds and improved capacity, as well as better performance in dense wireless environments.*

*WiFi 6E availability and features are dependent on regulatory limitations and co-existence with 5 GHz WiFi.

Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation

This powerful ASUS-exclusive utility leverages a massive deep-learning database to reduce background noise from the microphone* and incoming audio while preserving voices. Distracting keyboard clatter, mouse clicks and other ambient noises are muffled so you can hear and be heard with excellent clarity while gaming or during calls.

*An audio splitter (3.5 mm audio jack Y-cable) is necessary when using a 3.5 mm headset.
