The GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 is an ATX motherboard for Socket AM5 on the AMD X870E chipset, supporting AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 series desktop processors.
Key features
Four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 256GB in dual-channel mode, with speeds up to DDR5-8200 (OC) and AMD EXPO and XMP profiles.
Storage is a strong point, with four M.2 slots: three PCIe 5.0 slots connected to the CPU and one PCIe 4.0 x4 slot from the chipset. Populating the second or third CPU M.2 slot drops the main PCIe x16 slot to x8 mode.
Networking includes Realtek 2.5GbE and Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4.
